Sounds like CNBC can't add either. That would mean 425 of those large 2 million barrel VLCC's "sitting" out there. Not enroute as those are accounted for, sitting out there going in circles. I assume it was an ANALyst making such a ludicrous claim?

"Something I heard on CNBC recently that there was 850mil barrels missing , think they meant it was on the water."
