Thanks Rose, I don't think I have ever seen scallops quite so large. They must have been like steaks. I love seafood, I keep trying to get clappy into it. He's more of a shrimp parmesan person. I especially like the tequila addition, sounds like a good substitute for a lot of other dishes too. Eggs benedict with a splash of tequila Steak tar-tar with tequila sauce Speghetti and tequila meatballs Thanksgiving turkey with tequila stuffing (could certainly change the holiday for the better) drea doing her Mexican hat dance thinking of all the wonderful possibilities.
