That's true in real terms, but many of these guys employ option/commodity hedges for these things, so it's not an absolute loss of $5/barrel if stored at 35, and crude decreases in price to 30.

The guys that moves the oil across the ocean doesn't get more or less for it if crude goes up or down while in transit.
