PGMs are probably close to their top. SWC has a history of not delivering due to operations problems. South Africa will have huge expansion of platinum production in the next 4-5 years. SWC plan is rather modest in comparison siliconinvestor.com I think by the time they deliver significant volumes of ore, PGM prices will be lower. They might do OK, only if palladium prices hold up.
