Here's a realistic scenario:

a) US of A buys the next 10 yrs of Porsche production
b) it gets the bill for it some time down the road - "its Ballance of Payments stupid"

There's got be a different way to do it.

BTW, WalMart just tried to buy the german market by selling below the producing costs. If its the wrong expression, I appologize. In any case it means spending 1$ to produce XYZ and then selling it for 85c. Means probably you spend 15c to buy yourself in.
