Excardog, SPR release. I don't think this is a mistake, per se, but it is certainly not a long term solution. Unfortunately successful short term solutions always have the effect of postponing the valid long term solutions. At some time in the future, this oil will have to be replaced and it will then draw from a supply that appears to be straining right now. It will help provide oil for home heating through the winter in what may become the most critical supply sector in energy, but a stop-gap measure is all it is. 'jaggs
