The real question is what did Ager and Alexander know and when did they know it. Mr Alexander's involvement in this promotion and his early departure have more than an average air of suspicion attached to them, It may be that the audacious and preposterous work and ludicrous geology coupled with convenient RC non -core samples are co-incidental to the scam..but I doubt it. The work as in Bre-X's no-core assays and the widely spaced vertical holes and dubious geological pronouncements all point to a knowing and culpable administration. The probability that outside forces took advantage of this trumped up situation and sabotaged it are remote. A shareholders action suit against Alexander, and Ager and all connected profiting parties would be successful in showing gross negligence and failure to have reasonable and proper control over the work, its quality, integrity and reliability. Forensic accountants should be given a world wide mandate to freeze accounts and start a money tracking immediately.
