Food for thought.

What is the Gatefield acquisition really worth to the future of Actel? On Friday Actel opened down at 32 15/16 and traded as low as 32 1/2. Then without any news it magically started moving up and closed at 39 3/4 which is + 7 1/4 from the low for the day (+22.3%). It was also up 4 5/8 from Thursdays close or +13.16%. The only news I can find is the Gatefield release.

But, they are not willing to offer a penny more or any options to close the deal.

I'll be voting NO again!!!
