I just remember one of our british sales people when I worked at Brüel & Kjær, a danish microphone and sound measurement company with worldwide sales. He said: Europeans use 80-90% of the capabilities of our product. They will find any errors you have. Japanese use the product 120%. They will use it in ways, that you have never dreamed of. You can really learn tricks from these guys. Americans use 30-40%. In U.S.A., just the main parts have to work perfectly - and the operator should be able to use the software without reading the manual.
