The Northeast gets 400 million from Clinton to help pay for heating oil this winter. Why in heck, didn't the southwest get some $$$ to help pay the electric bills. It has been hot this summer and electricity prices have gone up a bunch. In some places rates have doubled or tripled. I want my darn government hand out <g>. Bush should use this against the democracts in California. It could turn the tables on the demos in the sunshine state. Oops. I forgot that Clinton sent some money to California to help them. But, what about the southwest. I quess we aren't a priority.
