Rocky, I couldn't agree with you more. What's even worse is that the release of SPR petroleum isn't going to make a whit of difference to the consumer. The bottleneck isn't supply, it's that refiners are operating at capacity. This is in the sole interest of refiners, who will see their raw materials cost decrease while still being able to charge premium prices for their output. This was pure political showmanship. How we end up with such losers to vote for is beyond me. Maybe four years from now McCain will run again. FWIW Jay
