Now that is silly. By definition, and insider is going to have inside information. That's why their trading is regulated.

I don't think anyone is saying that the insiders know that ONXX is going to fail. But do you really think they're selling because their generous souls, eager to spread the wealth around? One might also take into account that they can't reverse direction for 6 months.
