Ken,

What you said in your post of today i brief'ed below,
and following that are remarks i present to all readers.

... the gold producers
... Judgement day is upon them
... looms over the horizon
... class action suits, dismal of management teams, etc.
... bankers/cb's are entitled to their agenda
... producers to become their pawns
... contradicts the corporate covenant
... of trust between the company and the shareholder
... that bond lay in ruins along side the pog
... management of gold producers to be held accountable
... the wrath of the shareholder is[will be] unleashed

In my opinion Barrick ABX is now in a lose/lose situation
of a very much "set in concrete" & fully cured.

Imagine both possible outcomes in the GATA War.

(1) GATA wins, Manipulators lose

Those who were part of the orchestration to keep
the price of gold low will be identified.

(2) GATA loses, Manipulators win

Shareholders will launch their own class action
against Barrick ABX so that a determination
in a court of law can arrive at a finding
of "Has Barrick broken any criminal laws.....?".

Who are the above shareholders in number (2)?

First they are those of other gold producing companies
that went bankrupted or to a low level that they were
available to be purchased at near zero cost by a big
and cash rich company like Barrick, in effect sharholder
value resulted in a total lost.

Second, these shareholders will be those who invested
in any gold producer, including Barrick, but sold at
a lost because of the message obtained from what they
are wondering is true, gold has been manipulated to be
low and stay low. The reason for this will occur after
a possible situation results with Barrick obtaining the
majority of the small and medium gold producers rights
to the ore they held for exploration or closed mines.
Reasoning is that the price of gold will continue to be
manipulated but also rise to a level so that Barrick
can receive huge revenues, leading to its ABX share price
to explode very high to the benefit of shareholders who
did not sell out because of that "no future" message.

Anyone who feels the above might reflect an accurate
description of current facts should position themselves
in a way to be included in any legal action against Barrick
if in the furure the above comes to be.

If so I recommand without giving reasons that you
do NOT contact GATA's legal "arm" through GATA,
but do so directly without any contact with GATA
as to the information you supply.
