I cant recall what the law is, but anyone who needs a medication need only write to the company that makes the drug, provide proof that they can not afford it but a doctor says they need it. If they do that the company has to give them the medication. For politicians to make a bunch of racket that people can not afford meds is just that, racket. The laws are already on the books.
