I found your post particularly interesting due to the fact that I am a large bondholder of sub debt of KCS which is about to reach a re-org plan that sounds very similar to SMOP's. This proposed (not yet approved)plan also calls for warrants that excercise at a price equal to the bonds getting paid out in full with accrued.
Exactly how many shares exist, right now? Does that include the newly registered 10mm or the 3mm potentially new ones from warrant excercise?
You said they did a 5 for 1 reverse. I presume that means the old 12.9mm are now 2.6mm but, does that mean the 10mm new shares are added to that number?

Have you got a link to the actual confirmation of a plan and the details so I can read it for myself?
TIA
