Hello James; The deal sure looks similar to the one with PFG, and according to E.Charters, we may be looking at a share price of $4.00/sh, down the road as more development takes place. Well I certainly like the deal, this one can now be tucked away, with the thoughts that we will see further appreciation with time nice and quietly. This deal should also draw more attention to the Almaden project as well, and I do believe we will be hearing some very positive news coming from ITF regarding this property as well.
