If the polls are correct, Al Gore may well be the winner in the upcoming presidential elections. Even worse, a Gore victory will probably give the criminal conspiracy known as Congressional Democrats control of at least the House and maybe even the Senate.
Given that sickening possibility, it is only prudent to prepare for a possible Gore administration and a Gore Congress. As dismaying as it may be, it is a good idea to look at what America will look like with the algore in the White House and the socialist Democrat party in control on Capitol Hill.
Here's what we can expect if the American people prove once again to be incorrigibly stupid and elect these scoundrels this November.
1. Big government, which has grown by leaps and bounds under Bill Clinton will grow even bigger and more voracious under Gore and his allies on Capitol Hill. Government will absorb the nation's health care system in the same manner as Hillary's doomed health care plan would have, Medicare will stagger under the multi-billion dollar burden of free drug prescriptions for seniors regardless of need, and doctors will flee the profession in droves rather than submit to the yoke of federal control and regulation. Medical care will be the domain of the bureaucrats.
2. Federal regulatory agencies will blossom like weeds, stifling new rules will choke business and industry. Restrictions on automobile use will be slowly imposed as Gore realizes his dream of driving cars off the road in pursuit of his obsession with the discredited earth warming theory. Environmental regulations will multiply, cutting off legitimate land development and use. The Government will continue to seize vast areas of the nation, cutting off lumbering and mining to such an extent that domestic supplies of wood and other natural resources will dry up, making the US dependent on foreign sources as it now is on oil.
3. Income taxes will be increased in order to fund the spate of new socialist spending programs Congress will enact and Gore will enforce, with most of the burden falling on the middle class. Increased federal spending will dry up the so-called surplus as Congress squanders the money that rightfully belongs to the taxpayers. Inflation will return with a vengeance as the Federal Reserve seeks to finance the Administration's new spending by inflating the currency.
4. Liberal activists Gore will appoint to the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts will expand the Roe v. Wade decision, giving the abortion industry a free hand in butchering millions more unborn Americans and allowing the grisly trade of selling the body parts of abortion victims to become a leading industry. The unspeakable practice of infanticide known as partial birth abortion will thrive under a Gore Administration. Government powers over the states and the people will be expanded, the Second Amendment right to self-defense will be stricken from the Constitution by judicial ruling instead of the Constitutional method of amendment. The courts will increase their powers to legislate through judicial rulings as more and more of the Constitutional protections against untrammeled federal power are thrown by the wayside.
5. Homosexual and Lesbian groups will be allowed to impose their agenda on the American Educational system, gaining the ability to propagandize and recruit among the nation's youngest and most impressionable people. Groups such as the Boy Scouts and religious institutions will be deprived of their right to follow their consciences and ban homosexuals and lesbians from entering their ranks, endangering their morals and exposing them to such sexually transmitted diseases as AIDS.
6. The federal government will become the nation's schoolmaster. Teachers unions will be rewarded for backing Gore and the socialist members of Congress when the administration moves to ban home schooling, voucher programs, local control and teacher competency programs. Under Gore, American education will sink to the level of a third world country while more and more billions of taxpayer dollars are wasted on failed programs.
7. National sovereignty will be slowly surrendered to the United Nations. US citizens will be subjected to laws and regulations imposed on them by the UN, the World Court and other globalist groups. America's military will be forced into serving under UN control. Treaties such as the Kyoto protocol will become the law of the land, and restrictions on the use of fossil fuels will impose incredible financial burdens on the American people.
8. Americans will continue to have a president who cannot be trusted to tell the truth. The corruption that thrived under Clinton/Gore administration will be a hallmark of a Gore/Liebman administration. The national security will continue to be up for sale to the highest bidders. Americans will finally learn the hard way that continuing to elect men they know to be dishonest liars to the presidency is a sure prescription for ultimate disaster.
9. Gore will reward the purveyors of sleaze and pornography for their support in the election by turning a blind eye to their excesses while publicly criticizing them (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). He will reward America's greedy battalions of trial lawyers by quashing any attempts to enact tort reform and lift the financial burden imposed on Americans by outrageous class action lawsuits which enrich attorneys and raise the cost of goods and services for everyone else.
10. America's military will continue to be used as an experimental laboratory for all sorts of wacko experiments in sexual equality. Readiness will decline to the vanishing point as hordes of veteran service members disgusted by the sight of unisex toilets, being forced to share facilities with sexual perverts, and the promotion of incompetents to satisfy outrageous gender quotas head for the exits. America's armed services, once the world's best and most powerful, will become a haven for sexual deviants and social misfits.
