Jon, It seems to me that the premium to conversion, nearly 50%, is too high for the interest paid. Also, the deferral bit really turns me off on these things. I like deferral to be a major decision for mgt., if I own a bond. Now, it is as important as where to go to lunch today. So, I love converts, in general, but this one looks pricey relative to the common.
