Earlier this year Jolt and Astroterra (competitors with Terabeam and AirFiber) were acquired by MRVC and combined into a new company, Optical Access, Inc. which is being prepared for IPO within 3 months. In addition MRVC merged in their Fiber Driver and Opti-switch product lines (formerly from Nbase-Xyplex)
Within the last 24 hours, their website became active, as they are exhibiting at N+I this week.

Check it out! The technology looks awesome! Terabeam doesn't stack up.
