Dear Jad: I generally agree with the Red Herring article you posted except that I really doubt that NTAP's revenue and earnings growth will be that much higher than EMC's. I say that because in the past and even now NTAP is coming from a much smaller I mean REALLY SMALLER base but it is growing so will be hard to continue to maintain a 60% growth rate EVEN IF THE BUSINESS IS THERE. As Mike R. has stated recently the problem is the EMPLOYEES not the business. Scott Mc. at SUNW said much the same thing at last years annual shareholders meeting. There is a finite number of qualified employees and it takes time to train new ones. That IMHO will be the limiting factor over the next 5 years for all of them. JDN
