Our local paper is the Tulsa World. It is a very lousy paper. Not only do they spout the usual lefty line, they don't put much effort in putting out a good paper. The Tulsa Tribune folded a few years ago. I hear it was a good paper, but I'm a recent arrival and that was before my time. The Daily Oklahoman out of Oklahoma City is conservative.

I don't care if an editorial page leans left, there are plenty of writers I enjoy reading who are on the left. But the news departments shouldn't overlap with the op-ed page. In too many papers it does.
