Hi Bernard: You would think that Winstar would want to get MSDW on their side. Is that data so confidential that they are willing to get dinged by the firm in not providing it?

Apparently the data they want is being provided by NXLK and MCLD for whom they provide strong buy ratings. If not, then they must just have a vendetta against Winstar or Rouhana. Their statement about "resentment" and "a new low standard for CLECs" is pretty harsh. If cautious because of GST, why not the same caution for MCLD and NXLK?
