Wow!! I just got done reading the last 100+ posts. It was very enlightening and there were lots of good points made on both sides of the discussion.

As a creator of original art, I would be thoroughly ticked if I found my work re-created without my authority and just compensation.

The problem lies with media that can be digitized and sent across the web. Sculpture will never have this problem.

I don't listen to much new music anymore and have never used Napster, nor probably ever will.

For my 1 cent opinion, I think it is immoral, not that I haven't done anything immoral before.

I understand it's popularity, but I just hope it's not the proverbial camels' nose under the tent in regards to copyright law and leads to government intrusion into the regulation of the internet.
