Does anyone remember last quarters quarterly announcement by Nextlink? I think Nextlink mentioned that it was increasingly difficult to give exact breakdowns on line counts (local vs long distance vs data) because customers were ordering mixed services on the same lines.

Maybe since Winstar is a year ahead in its network, it encountered this problem first.
