Jim, It is a combination of both. They are working on new DSPs tailored to the HDTV format for both transmission and reception equipment. The first phase obviously, is the transmission equipment, but the really big seller, will be the signal processors found in the new Televisions. They expect the SRAM market to pick up due to the latest ititeration of Intel's Pentium and increased demand for intelligent machine tools. LOGC is postioned to turn out huge quantites of product, having just upgraded their production facilites. Mark
