Hatim, a question - To what extent does the recent 2.4 GHz FCC ruling impact on HAVi? My initial understanding was that the transceivers would operate at 2.4 GHz, though I have seen a later report that indicated Matsushita would operate at 5 GHz. Is there any reason for concern, here?

Since this is a 'home entertainment' usage in unlicensed spectrum, is this an area of FCC control? Is W-OFDM also excluded in this usage? And can steps be taken to migrate to 5 GHz, if so?

Thank you.

Jim
