Shootie, I am going out on a limb on this one! I believe that Gore's embellishments is the result of a deep inferiority complex which makes it impossible for him not to stretch the stories to impress whomever he is talking to. We have all know kids like that during our school days who seem to be unable to keep from stretching the truth.
