A liberal believes in the public and private enterprise responsibilities of government, to provide social programs for the needy and to promote private enterprise by offering tax breaks and incentives for the Entrepreneur and private corporations. The radical conservative would like to eliminate the public responsibility of government. The Pure Socialist would like to eliminate private enterprise. The Liberal stands in between the two. A True liberal is a Moderate.
