EC, the company says that nobody in the company is involved. IMO look outside the company. The company may have been so sloppy (nothing new here) that a crooked investor, land owner, money manager, or other "interested" party did the job. That of course is just my speculation, but we don't have much else at this time. Nobody should plan on seeing any benefit from the company cash or other holdings. It's all going away to litigation.
