""""" Children understand truth.....only as we age do we get the power to pretend what we see and hear is truth or fiction. If you ask young people if they want an adult around them that has been known to lie vs an adult that has been know to always be truthful, they will choose the truthful person since they have no grey areas.....just black and white.... Perhaps it is the "philosophy" studies that cloud the issue. I wonder if these courses, movies, books....etc are placed in front of our children as a way to open their minds to the "flexibility" of what a truth is. Man is the only creature on the planet that learns to lie and deceive. Animals can't do it. If man was not taught that a lie in the right place at the right time was beneficial to man, there would be no need for lies to exist. Sadly, weak people find lies the most useful tool in getting through life. I'll pass.
