KM - All business is risky to a greater or lesser extent. I don't think that WCII's business plan is more risky than others nor do I believe that "sanity" has arrived.

WCII's stock price gyrations are frustrating but it looks to me like the elusive EBITDA positive is going to happen and next year at that. Of course the risk is that it doesn't happen and the recent slump in all telco service providers, World wide, hasn't helped WCII or its two main competitors. But I've just seen the CEO of XO on CNBC confidently quoting that analysts are predicting he will be b/e in 2002!

No-one has complained that WCII service is no good. No-one has complained that the web site doesn't offer much. MSFT is an investor and ORCL has a serious ddeal with the company.

There are some British spectrum auctions soon. I'm not sure I undertand exactly why WCII is bidding since I had thought they were actually delvering service in Gt Britain already. Still I think BR NK and the boys are going to be really focused on getting to EBITDA positive.

Best regards,

L
