Jeff, I read the "M" the same way you do. But when I see a stock running strong despite the market trend, I will buy according to O'Neill's principles. Only 3 of every 4 stocks follow the market (his theory) and I don't short or trade options, so that's where it's at for me if I'm going to trade at all.
