MARINA, Calif., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems West, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SWTI) (www.syswest.com ) announced today, that it has officially declared Monday, September 25, 2000 as the effective date for its ten-for-one (10:1) forward stock split.
