dr.b - re:CIEN My 300 CIEN of 1198, would be 600 after split now if I hadn't sold them then. Bot some back end of Aug, not as many, but ... am in again. Happy that CIEN is following an old "split based valuation" I posted about last year on the CMGIOT board: "The price of a bubble share is to be the price at split announcement after split".LOL, their're late! CIEN announced the split at about $170 1/4 at close on Aug 15. Today they had the QCOM effect on the Korea announcement. ROFL. Is this good for a double? Tulip? Unless the general market tanks, this could be a breakaway gap.
