If what you're saying is true, that would imply an unethical leak from the country's highest court. As disillusioned as I've been during the Jackson trial over the ethicality of some federal judges and what behavior can fall short of a mistrial, I still find that prospect hard to believe. Also, after the appeals court's strong statement that they should take the case, I would find it strange if the Supreme court then accepts it. I guess we'll see soon enough. Mike
