This announcement today is very signficant. As B2B and B2C exchanges move online, the data warehousing market is going to explode. This build out of attached data warehousing is going to be comparable to the explosion we have witnessed in the long haul portion of the network over the past 3-4 years (with optics). IMO, the bottleneck is no longer in the longhaul portion of the network--- it is at the interface of the I/O ports, at the SANS and NAS's that reside at the edge of the networks. Whoever adds value there wins. It is clear to me that EXCA has a disruptive enabling technology with proprietary open standards. Atmospheric conditions are likely to produce tornadoes in the near future. Get your bowling shoes out because we our coming out of the chasm. leeza rodriguez
