Niceguy, AMD has good products now with Athlons and Durons and soon Mustang varients, and it has a growing production capability as Dresden ramps up. But what if (contrary to the expectations of most people posting here) demand for PCs does slow down? How much of a ASP hit could AMD take if demand is overestimated and all the new Dresden capacity along with the new fabs or fab expantions that Intel is working on really do cause a glut in the marketplace?
