Daw Technologies Europe, LTD Awarded $2 Million Cleanroom Contract
SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- DAW TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (Nasdaq: DAWK - news) Daw Technologies, Inc. announced today that its European subsidiary, Daw Technologies Europe, LTD has been awarded a contract for approximately $2 million for the design and installation of a 7,000 square foot class 10 cleanroom facility with a major semiconductor manufacturer.

Daw Technologies Europe, LTD will provide a turnkey cleanroom system that will include the design, engineering and installation of floors, walls, ceilings, and fan filter units. In addition, the Company will provide the HVAC systems, including ductwork and environmental controls. Preliminary design will commence immediately with project completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2001.

Gary Matthews, Managing Director of Daw Technologies Europe, LTD commented, ``Our ability to provide our customers with front-end design capability backed by our access to cleanroom products either manufactured by Daw Technologies or sourced from external suppliers demonstrates that we are able to greatly reduce our customer's time to market.''
