Gary,

I thought it was forming a decent base at 6-1/2 before the news started to leak out about the merger. I attribute the drop from 6-1/2 to the merger alone. It dropped to around 4-1/2, right? My opinion is that it would have been at 7-1/2-8 by now if it weren't for that merger deal.

I've had the stock for about 10 years and have a huge loss on my initial investment, but I bought a little more -- I think it was last year -- when it dropped and paid 2-3/4 for that small lot, then when it moved up a bit I sold some for a tax loss to cover some of the loss on the initial investment. I don't think I'll ever live to see my original price on this stock but any advance in its value is appreciated, of course, but I'd have been smart to have bought a lot more than I did when it was 2-3/4!

George: Thanks for that great news. I am glad that's the reason for the move in the stock.

Linda
