Right. I just wondered if he was taking the joking "20 CRM" customers number and applying it to 11i. I'd be very surprised if they only have twenty 11i customers. ORCL was able to compete, among their own customers, somewhat effectively against MS Office with the (truly awful) Oracle Office product. The word that I've heard is that 11i is actually an improvement, so I'd really like to see some support for the contention that the product suite is being so little used.
