I just started looking at Texas Instruments last week. I wish I could remember where I read it, but I did read that it is very heavily dependent upon Europe for its sales (67% is the figure that I remember). Intel seems ready to expand its scope by challenging TI here. My broker said he wouldn't be surprised if Intel ended up buying a JDSU since it has so much cash. Just some thoughts for everyone to consider. My broker really likes the stock but says it may be a while before it really moves.
