Actually it is the future Tellium shareholders (the rubes that buy after the IPO) that will be left holding the bag. But the part of this that I find completely repugnant is the 333K Tellium shares that are being sold to the Qwest officers/decision makers personally. If I'm a Qwest shareholder, I believe that belongs to the company!

I know friends/family stock has been around quite a while. But these days it is being taken to a whole new level.
