Is anyone worried that Handspring (www.handspring.com) might steal the market for all-in-one PDA? I note that they are going to start selling their cellphone-PDA in November 2000 and that is more than a year ahead of Hand. A year is a lifetime in this market.

Now I know why those guys left Hand.

The only good news is that Hand will make money on rights.

Handspring sales ought to go through the roof. The cell phone is GSM too so they can sell in Europe.

What are the shortcomings of the Handspring offering?
