So Kumar is saying that Intel is a LIAR...?
Evidence supports Intel not Kumar. Dell, Compaq, Infineon, reports of waning Intel sales in Europe, support Intels claim. Still the question arises, if Intel is capacity restrained why weren't European allocations shifted to the U.S.A. and Asia?
