The Times Features Web2U
MILTON KEYNES, England, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Times, the UK's newspaper of the year, today featured Web2U (OTC Bulletin Board: MUCP - news) in an article looking at the cutting edge of interactive entertainment in the UK.

The review, which analysed the opportunities to personalise the TV experience, highlighted existing and forthcoming developments in digital technology and internet access via TV. Web2U was profiled as a leading UK based manufacturer offering ``internet access and email to anyone with a television and telephone''. Using this technology, consumers are able to ``play games, gamble, shop and bank online from the living room TV, rather than from a PC''.

Commenting on the article, Darran H. Evans, Chief Executive of Web2U said: ``We are delighted that our system has been featured in one of the UK's leading broad-sheet newspapers. Web2U's system is proving popular both in the UK and abroad. With the recent launch of Version 3, and a series of sales, distribution and manufacturing agreements, we are confident that we are well placed to take advantage of the global demand for interactive entertainment and easy to use internet access systems.''

Noting that the TV is well positioned to become an ``entertainment centre, offering different services to each member of the family'', the article highlighted that Web2U's system allows users to visit any site on the web, ``enabling high quality clarity on the TV screen'', at fast access speeds. It also indicated that the system, ``incorporates proprietary chipset, software, web browser, keyboard and email''.

Web2U is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSU Corporation, based in Milton Keynes, UK.
