Hello Peter,

I believe that it is still on track. I suspect that there will be some heated discussions with both CAU and the other unnamed company.

At this point I do not know if the other company bows out if it will become a deal breaker.

I guess we will have an opportunity to vote on any deal.

Hopefully it should be Yea or Nay by the end of OCT.
