Co. doesn't normally issue good news, then shortly followed by a negative news a few days later, especially during the quite period before the earnings. Most cos flush out the bad news first, then issue good news later. I would have been worry if AMD didn't issue any news today. AMD is home free. It will beat ZAck consensus EPS of $0.62/shr on 10/11.
