I wouldn't bet on it yet. 6.7 billion shares outstanding. About 430+ million traded in last two days. Current PE is 36. Other recent craters have taken the PE down into the low teens. CA, CTXS, and the KLIC PE is currently 8.2. INTC could be in a free fall for some time before it has a dead cat bounce. I remember the INTC PE was 20 some time back.
