Yes it is, however I used the opportunity to buy first lot at 61 and a second one today at 45. I have kept spare capacity to buy a third lot at around 41-42 if it goes there. Technically strong support at 45 and 40. Hope the down side gets limited there, the volume is still huge which indicates that some more selling may come in and take us in the 41-42 range until it subsides, but that is speculation.
