That's not what I was implying, More along the lines of CSCO partnering AMTX.

I did not see the BA/DSC PR move WSTL up. Hope you made the correct move, AMTX has followed WSTL in the past, and IMO AMTX has a little catching up to do yet. I could be wrong! I have always felt once Deployment announcements start, That they (WSTL/AMTX) would stop following each other..

No doubt in my mind WSTL will do well over the long term, though I'll keep my majority share in the "Pure DSL play". Meaning WSTL, just builds modems, using other CO's Technology.
